Submitting an availability request or inquiry does not reserve your event date.
A booking is considered confirmed only after all required booking documents have been completed and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Pricing & Payments
Pricing displayed on this website is intended as general guidance and may vary depending on event location, timing, event requirements, travel distance, add-ons, or other circumstances.

Alcohol
The Rambling Rose does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
Customers are responsible for supplying any alcohol served during their event and for complying with all applicable local and state laws regarding the purchase, possession, service, and consumption of alcohol.
Guests must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages.
The Rambling Rose reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue participation in any situation that is unsafe, unlawful, or creates a risk to guests, staff, property, or equipment.
Event Location & Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event location can safely accommodate The Rambling Rose.
Adequate access, parking, setup space, and any required permissions must be available before delivery.
Certain locations, surfaces, driveways, weather conditions, utility limitations, or access restrictions may prevent safe setup.
If the location cannot safely accommodate the unit, The Rambling Rose reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel setup.
Weather & Safety
Because The Rambling Rose is a mobile event experience, weather and site conditions may affect delivery, setup, operation, or pickup.
We reserve the right to make decisions regarding safe operation based on weather, road conditions, site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Specific weather, cancellation, and rescheduling policies will be included in your booking agreement.
Damage
Customers may be responsible for damage to The Rambling Rose, furnishings, equipment, glassware, or other property caused by guests, vendors, or individuals attending the event.
Any applicable damage charges or security deposits will be outlined in the event agreement.
Optional Add-Ons
Certain items or services, including pint glasses or other event enhancements, may be available as optional add-ons.
Availability and pricing for add-ons may vary and will be confirmed during the booking process.
